| The World Agricultural Forum The World Agricultural Forum (WAF) is a policy neutral and internationally inclusive agriculture forum that brings together the leaders from the private sector with policy makers and key policy influencers to focus on providing food, fuel, fiber and water to the world’s growing population. The WAF believes that progress is best achieved when all contributors to agriculturally -based food, fuel and fiber understand change and are able to confer on its causes, impact and implications. The WAF seeks to create awareness and educate all stakeholders as to the critical role agriculture plays in rural and economic development, and ultimately, national security to most every economy in the world. Developing countries and advocacy organizations are given an equal voice on the world stage. The WAF is the recognized global organization that brings world leaders together from across value chains and between public and private sectors and civil society to promote a food secure world. The most recent Congress was held in Hyderabad, India and attracted more than 1300 delegates and some 10,000 at the accompanying Trade Fair. The WAF hosts a World Congress every 2 years Discussions are under way to determine the venue of the next WAF events. The WAF is seeking organisations and institutions who may wish to partner in holding future events - please contact us should you wish to discuss co-hosting a future event. |

| NEWS: The WAF is pleased to announce new partnerships in pursuing our vision and mission.

It is with regret that the Board of the World Agricultural Forum announces the termination of its activities.
The Articles of Termination and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Missouri Secretary of State on
November 14, 2018.
The Board in considering all options looking forward, concluded that the ever-changing and improving
methods of electronic communication which simply did not exist when the Corporation was set up in 1997,
had changed the outlook for the work carried out by the Corporation which was managed largely by
volunteers giving of their time and support.
The Board wishes to thank all those who have been involved in any way with the World Agricultural Forum
over its twenty-one years, for their diligent and unbending support. The Corporation became a recognised
global force for the discussion of issues around agriculture and provision of food to the world in the face of
an increasingly faster growing population. Your input was key to that success. It is now up to others to
pursue this course and we wish them every success.
